Alan's Famous Ribs
What started in the parking lot of a store in Branson West has become one of biggest hits at Big Buoys - Alan's Famous Ribs. No one knows how to smoke pork ribs better than Alan. If you're looking for a special treat this summer, be sure to drop by and pick up a savory slab of Alan's very best BBQ!
Each slab of ribs is hand crafted from start to finish. Slow cooked with genuine ozark hardwoods in a specially designed smoker right on the shore and finished with Alan's secret seasonings.
2008 Season Kick-off
Float on up for ribs & a brew
Big Buoys is kicking off the 2008 season this Friday, May 9th (weather permitting). So, come on down to the lake and enjoy some of the best bar-b-que on Table Rock Lake. The lake levels have been at all-time highs this year, but Port of Kimberling Marina has been working around the clock to ensure our dock is accessible and has electric and water.
New Look for 2008
We slapped a new coat of paint!
Not only are we adding color to the Big Buoys dock, we've also added additional outside seating. We realized by the end of the 2007 season, we need more space and we thought while we were at it, we might as well add some color as well! In addition to the space and new paint scheme, we've totally reorganized our kitchen to be more efficient.
